Maintenance cleaning is for reoccurring clients on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. This budget friendly option ensures that deep cleans are not necessary as often as they would be for a space that is not regularly cleaned.
Deep Cleaning
Think Spring Cleaning! Bring a space back to life with a thorough scrub down. A deep clean goes the extra mile tackling those neglected, hard-to-reach areas and caked on grease and grime that require more time and elbow grease. New clients often opt for an initial deep clean making regular maintenance cleaning manageable. The before and afters of this package are breathtaking!
Move-in/Move-out Clean
Moving is stressful and hard work. Ease the workload by letting the professionals at Consider It Cleaned take care of the dirty work. Whether you wish to remove any trace of a previous owner before you make a new house your home or hope to leave behind a sparking space for the next tenant, this package ensures you only have to worry about what really matters, your belongings. This is a deep cleaning service.
Post-Construction Clean
Typically, this clean is provided for clients who are making a property show worthy for selling or renting. Remodeling and new construction creates a lot of dust, debris, left over unwanted residue and paint splatter. This service includes everything in a deep clean package as well as interior of appliances, interior window washing, and inside drawers and cabinets.
One-Time Cleaning
This service is for clients who are looking for a hassle-free one-time cleaning. This is ideal for special occasions, holidays and short-term rental turn overs. Generally, this service is a combination of a deep clean and a maintenance clean. Customized scope of service caters to your individual needs and determines price point.
Office Cleaning
Customers are impressed by presentable store fronts and office spaces. Pristinely clean and professional business environments not only make your work life more enjoyable it also attracts customers to your establishment. Every office and business has different needs so this package is customizable for each commercial property serviced. Whatever your needs are rest assured they will be met!
Add-Ons & Extras
Add-ons and extras are services clients can select on an as needed basis when a single aspect of your property requires extra attention. These extras are recommended bi-annually or quarterly and are not included in a maintenance clean.
Interior Fridge Cleaning
Things spill, go rancid, get sticky and smell bad. A deep cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator and freezer eliminate all of these issues. This is included in a move-in/out cleaning as well as post-construction clean if appliances are not new.
Interior Oven Cleaning
That burnt on food spillage and grease splatter is scrubbed away with this service. Expect like-new results! This is included in move-in/out and post construction cleaning service packages when appliances are not new.
Interior Window Washing
In order for your space to be filled with natural light windows need a good washing from time to time. Removing dirt, dust, film and splatters from the inside glass and window track will brighten any room! Included in Post Construction and service packages.
Tile and Grout Deep Cleaning
Grout is tricky. Proper sealing is important but before a good seal it must be clean and free of mold. This service can be selected for showers, floors, and backsplashes. Pricing is by square footage and soil level.

Inside Microwave
Microwaves are notorious for food splatter and unpleasant smells. Many clients choose to add a deep cleaning of the interior of the microwave to their reoccurring maintenance cleans.
Bed Linen Turn Over Service
The washing and changing of bed linens can be added to any service! If requested during a maintenance clean we ask that clean sheets be provided due to time constraints.
Wall Washing
Some of our services include spot cleaning walls. In the cases where walls need extensive attention a complete wash or scrub may be necessary. Please note that flat paint can not be washed without risk of damage or discoloration, wall finish must be egg shell to gloss.
