Consider It Cleaned takes pride in cultivating long-term relationships with our clients. We wish to express our appreciation for this opportunity to work with you, providing all your cleaning needs. We are thrilled and honored that you’ve made the decision to trust us with your space. Our goal is to develop a beautiful relationship with you over time so we can truly meet your unique cleaning needs. 

Since we’re just getting acquainted, there are a few things we would like you to know about the way we work. The guidelines below will ensure a top-quality service and mutually respectful working relationship. We’re happy to answer any questions that come up along the way – we believe open, clear communication is the foundation for any healthy relationship and we look forward to getting to know your space.

 

Choosing the Right Cleaning Service for You:

  • We ask that you pay close attention to the service description when booking our services. If you have questions prior to booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out and discuss any questions or concerns with us! Upon arrival, if it is apparent a different service level is required you will be contacted for approval of service and any additional cost. 

 

Special Requests: 

  • We love helping our clients with extra services. Whether it is organization, window washing, oven cleaning or other appliance interiors, etc. we are here for you. Our goal is to meet your needs, and we know not everyone’s needs are the same. Let us know if you have any special requests
  • One-time add-ons and extras must be scheduled 48 hours in advance so we can arrive prepared. If you would like to add new services permanently to cleaning day appointments, we will be happy to do so. Contact us to initiate a permanent change to your service. 
  • Check out our great selection of add-on service options offered on our website. Can’t find what you are looking for? Simply inquire directly regarding your request and we will develop a plan that satisfies your needs. 

 

Cleaning Supplies & Equipment:

  • For your convenience, we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. Your cleaning fee includes the maintenance cost for our equipment and supplies. 
  • Our quality cleaning products are pet and environmentally friendly. 
  • In the event you would like us to use your equipment or cleaning supplies, not a problem, simply let us know. Be advised, all cleaning products supplied by you that may cause damage to any surface will not be the responsibility of Consider It Cleaned. If a product supplied by you raises concern our technician will promptly bring this to your attention and proceed accordingly upon approval.
  • When the use of client vacuum and/or other equipment and/or supplies are requested they must be in good working condition and properly maintained, stocked, and cleaned by the client. 

 

Scheduling and Arrival Times: 

  • We operate on a flex-arrival time basis similar to other home services like appliance repair and cable companies. Please be prepared for our team to potentially arrive within 30 minutes on either side of your scheduled arrival time. 

 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Please provide a minimum of 48-hours notice of any cancelations or reschedule requests. For rescheduling simply let us know your preferences for rebooking. 
  • For all rescheduling requests, we ask that you allow a 7-day window to lock in a new slot on the schedule (although if we have an earlier opening, we’ll let you know).
  • We often have a waiting list and short notice cancelations leave gaps in our schedule that could otherwise be filled by clients needing our services. We understand life happens and are happy to work with your schedule given ample notice. 
  • Please be aware that three short notice cancelations or reschedules will permit a 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking our services. More than five short notice cancelations will result in termination of services. 

 

Billing and Payments: 

  • Payments are due upon completion of each residential service. 
  • We offer a Net 15 or Net 30 pay schedule for commercial cleaning services. 
  • You will never be billed any unexpected fees or upcharges without prior notice and approval. 
  • Acceptable payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo, or Cash App at this time. ACH deposits and Debit/Credit card payments will be available in the near future providing you with the choice to make payments the way that works best for you. 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: 

  • Our client’s satisfaction is our #1 priority! If for any reason, at any point in time, you are unsatisfied with the work performed contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
  • Initiating a Complaint:
    • Complaints can be opened by contacting us directly via phone or text at 443-207-0341 or by email at consideritcleanedbykait@gmail.com
    • If possible include pictures and/or an itemized list of areas that need our attention. We will be happy to investigate the reason for your concern and promptly rectify the issue. After 24 hours, it is difficult to assess whether the quality of services was due to poor workmanship, or daily operations, be sure to contact us right away.  
  • Assessment and Revisit
    • Upon receiving your complaint, we will promptly assess the issue 
    • During the revisit, we will address and rectify any aspects of the service that did not meet your expectations or were not completed to your satisfaction.

 

Pet Policy: 

  • Consider It Cleaned is a pet-friendly service and perfectly happy to service your family, no matter the various species it includes. PLEASE NOTE: Consider It Cleaned is not liable or responsible for your pets. YOU know your pets best. If you have concerns about your pet’s behavior, health, well-being, safety, etc. it is your responsibility to mitigate those concerns. It is solely your responsibility as the pet owner to contain/restrict your pets and/or remove your pets from the property during cleaning service if you feel it necessary or have any concerns.
  • Cleaning pet messes of any kind including litter boxes, vomit, urine, and feces, are your responsibility. Under no circumstances will we use our cleaning supplies to clean up pet messes. If a client has a pet that has accidents, we will require the use of their vacuum and mop.

 

Adequate Property Access & Working Conditions: 

  • We must be able to access your property at the time of arrival, and there must be running water, electricity, and working toilets. 
  • Clear instructions on how to access your property must be given at the time of scheduling unless someone will be present to let us in. 
  • If you issue us a key, it is kept secure and distributed for service appointments only.
  • A hide-a-key, door code, garage code or loaner key are available options if you are not comfortable issuing us a key.
  • If your cleaning technician is unable to gain access to the service address on the day and time of your scheduled cleaning appointment it will be considered a short notice cancelation (See our cancellation policy) and rescheduling may be necessary due to time constraints.

Misrepresentation of Property Condition: 

  • It is imperative that proper representation of property conditions be given during the initial estimate. We allocate resources depending on the requirements of each service. This ensures no surprises for our technicians or the client.
  •  If conditions require price adjustments or resources unforeseen prior to arrival, you will be contacted immediately for approval of any increases in cost and/or rescheduling needed to perform the scope of service required to the highest standard. 
  • Perhaps the condition of the property has changed since you requested your estimate, or you misunderstood some of the questions during the quoting process. It’s okay, we’ll just need to adjust together. 

What We Do Not Clean: 

  • At Consider It Cleaned, we are committed to delivering a top-notch service. However, we must acknowledge certain boundaries to ensure the safety and well-being of our team. We regretfully cannot service homes with excessive mold. This is outside of our scope of service, and we recommend contacting a mold remediation company to tackle this issue before cleaning services can be provided. 
  • In addition, extreme pest infestations present health hazards to our staff. Extermination may be needed before we can proceed. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a healthy working environment for our dedicated staff.

We Are Not Biohazard Equipped: 

  • We understand that in the cleaning of bathrooms, for example, we may encounter trace levels of human urine or feces. However, beyond trace amounts, our team is not equipped for the cleanup of bodily fluids or feces (human or animal). If you have a situation requiring significant feces cleanup, blood, etc. you will need to hire a team with that specific specialty.

  • We take immense pride in our work and cherish our customers’ feedback, gratitude and recommendations. Our business is almost entirely referral based. As we grow, more customers are finding out about us online. If we earn 5-stars in your book we’d appreciate you leaving a review on Facebook, Yelp, Google, and/or any public social media page to tell others about your experience! And if we didn’t earn 5 stars in your book, please don’t hesitate to call, text or email us directly so we can discuss and make it right. We are always striving to be the best we can be, and we want to make every improvement that is possible!

Stay Connected: 

  • Be sure to “like” Consider It Cleaned on Facebook and follow us for transformative before & after images, education, cheesy humor, announcements, promotions, and more! And if you come home on cleaning day ecstatic, snap a pic and tag us!! We love to hear and see your joy.
    • On that note. With your consent our team will take photos of their work before and after. This not only showcases our work but it also serves as security and accountability of all parties. Additionally, pictures of completed work are the primary way we promote our business.  Photos are anonymous and stored in a secure digital folder. We never take photos of anything that would be personally identifiable. If you do not wish for images of your property to be shared publicly we understand, simply lets us know and will respectfully oblige.
